On September 8, 2020, the Palo Alto City Manager’s Office sent this letter to the Northern California Regional Office of the California High-Speed Rail Authority regarding the San Francisco to San José Project Section Draft Environmental Impact Report/Environmental Impact Statement (EIR/EIS).
